No. This product includes the necklace only. The voice box is optional and costs $20.00 with a necklace, regularly $34.99.

Can I remove the voice box after selecting it?+

Press and hold the button inside the voice box, speak for up to 20 seconds, then release. Replay and re-record until it is right.
