Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, contact us at support@miamories.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the amount.
